Sunday is for brunch. That is all.
Conveniently located in the heart of Chicago's River North neighborhood, there lies a super trendy restaurant/bar/brunchy wonderland called Fremont. From the moment I stepped in the door ,the music, the vibe of the crowd, and the wafting smell of brunch in the air had me feeling like I had stepped into a whole new world-. Brunch at Fremont includes a gourmet omelette station, fresh steak, brisket, salmon and sausage, a donut wall, mac and cheese bar, a variety of salads and cheeses, cereal and waffle station, sushi and desert selections, and UNLIMITED MIMOSAS!

For the past 5+ years I have been a member of an online community of black women that support nurture and care for each other. I have meet up with a few other members in the past, but I would have to say that this meetup was one of the most memorable! When we finally met, it was almost as if we had been friends all along! The girls and I had a great time at Fremont, shout out to Brianna for suggesting that we try it out!
Boozy Brunch at Fremont is $65 for bottomless brunch and mimosas all morning, $40 just for brunch and no drinks, and the cost is free if you just want to vibe to the music and hang out with the people with no food or drink.
If you have time, I would suggest that you call ahead to reserve a table. However, if you don't have time to make reservations or if you call and they are booked, don't fret- still go! Don't let the line detour you; make a friend with someone who has a table or keep your eye on tables as they empty out. Don't miss out on the experience, you will love it!
I would DEF recommend Fremont's Boozy Brunch to anyone looking for something to do on the grown and sexy side of things in the Chicago area. It's ideal if you just want to chill and network- but also works if you are trying to flex on em with bottle service on a Sunday morning:)
